Today was our last day of our family trip. We decided to drive to Park City. Mom was trying to find a shirt that she could wear later river rafting. We went to Walmart and she grabbed one but it wasn't what she was looking for. Then we drove around Park City. We were going to go up to Deer Valley but the construction was so bad by the time we got to the turn off we decided we didn't have enough time to get back to Ogden for river rafting. We grabbed some lunch and then headed to our next adventure.
We were all really excited, especially Skyler. He had never done this before.

Mom really wanted to take her camera with us but was afraid it would get really wet so she asked the owner if he would take a picture of us when we got on the raft. He said he would. As we were loading she didn't see him anywhere. She was kind of upset because she really wanted this picture. He said he would take our picture and then take her camera back to his office. Well she kept looking for him at all the stops but he was no where to be found.
In our boat there were all six of us and our guide. He was really friendly and he was also preparing to go on a mission. Bryce, Skyler and I sat in the front to start. Then we traded spots a little later so Britt could sit in the front. Mom was in the back hanging on to ropes just in case we flipped over. Dad and Britt were right in front of her. The front got pretty wet and the back was pretty dry. However, the river has a great sense of humor and before we knew it we were going down the river backwards. I think the guide wanted to make sure everyone got wet and this was his chance to get mom.
We had so much fun but mom still wished she had a picture of us. When we got back to the guys office dad saw our camera sitting on his desk. Mom was pretty sad he didn't get our picture. As we were driving she looked through the camera and saw a picture of a raft. She was so excited. After zooming in she realized this is what we got...
This was suppose to be us. The owner took a picture of the wrong group. Just imagine us all in this raft. We had six people in our raft. It was so much fun.
After we changed our clothes, we headed for home. This was probably one of the funnest family trips we have been on and we didn't even have to leave Utah for it to happen.
We were all pretty hungry when we got home so Mom and I ran up to Costa Vida and got us all some supper. It was pretty good.
