Angels Landing Date

We finally had a free weekend... YAY. Bryce has been so busy with his medical school applications, but he's almost done and it will be worth all the time and effort once he gets in. Anyway, with our free weekend we decided to go to Zions National Park and go hike Angels Landing. While we were hiking up to the top we found various little caves cut into the rock. Of course we had to take a picture inside one.
When we took this picture we were trying to show all the scenery in the background, but it really looks like Bryce is going to fall off the rock.
"Walter's Wigglies"- supposedly the hardest part of the whole hike
Looking down on Walter's Wigglies. Bryce and I decided it wasn't too bad if we just got up them as fast as we could.
Eating lunch on the top of Angels Landing
The view from the top
Wow... look how high up we are. It was so cool and had an amazing view!!!We went with one of Bryce's friends, Gary, and his wife, Jasha. Gary is also applying to medical school.
This squirrel was hilarious. My camera died right after this picture, but the squirrel worked his head inside of Bryce's backpack. We were lucky he didn't steal anything from us. The squirrel ran off with another guy's wallet and someone else's granola bar. Little thief!!!
Angels Landing was so much fun. We had a great time getting away, relaxing, and spending the day with each other.
